SHIPPING & RETURNS

About our shipping solution
We send our packages with DHL and charge a unit shipping of 9 EUR (incl. VAT). If you shop over 85 EUR we offer free shipping. Your order is trackable and will reach you within 2-5 days after placed order.

About returns
You have the right to return all unbroken packaging within 30 days. Unfortunately, opened packaging cannot be returned as it is a hygiene product. We charge a return fee of 6 EUR.

A return label is included in your shipment, attach the return label to the package, and hand it in to your local agent. Save your return receipt until we have received the returned goods.

We will refund you as soon as the returned goods reaches our warehouse, it takes about 1-2 weeks.

For returns, please follow the instructions below;

1. Add unbroken packages to the box as they came and seal properly.
2. Stick the included return label over the old shipping label.
3. Hand in the package to your local post office.

After receiving and approving the return, we will initiate a refund. A confirmation will be sent to the email linked to your account. A return fee of 6 EUR will be deducted from the total value of your returned order.

About the change

Unclaimed Package
If you have placed an order but haven’t collected your package, it will be returned to us. In that case, we will charge you a handling and shipping fee of 15 EUR.
