Which personal data will we process?
We will process the personal data that you provide or have provided us with or that we have collected at our Website by way of cookies for the purposes of administering your purchases and fulfilling our obligations to you as our customer. The personal data that KD process in-clude your personal identity number, name, e-mail address, purchase-, payment- and order history, credit card number, delivery address, IP-address and phone number.

How will we use your personal data?
The data may be used for identification, direct marketing, customer surveys, newsletters and statistics. How will we protect your personal data?
In order to protect the personal data that we process, we have implemented several security measures. We have implemented security procedures and technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data e.g. certification procedures for web browsers. We furthermore have sufficient firewalls and anti-virus programs in order to protect and prevent unauthorized access to the network. Physical access to the premises where the data is stored is limited and employees are required to be identified in order to gain access.
KD furthermore uses e.g. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for the safe transfer of data over the Internet (or other networks). As a customer, you need to check that SSL is not turned off in the settings of the web browser. With the purpose of preventing any unauthorized access upon processing you credit card number, one-way codes will be used.
How long will my personal data be kept by KD?
If you provide your consent to being a registered customer/member with KD, your data will be kept until you deregister. You may at any time deregister from being a customer. If you do not register as a customer/member, your personal data will be kept only for as long as it is necessary to comply with law or in order for KD to fulfil its obligations towards you, e.g. to complete delivery or warranty obligations.
No matter what, your personal data will never be kept for a period longer than what is permitted in compliance with applicable personal data legislation.

Force Majeure
Events outside Kim Denzler’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Kim Denzler is released from Kim Denzler’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products remain Kim Denzler’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Kim Denzler.
All transfers conducted through Kim Denzler are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Cookies
